Jane is awesome, she’s quick and fast, detailed in explaining policy and procedures no hidden details. Other expects you to read the small fine prints . I would recommend this storage to friends if Jane still managed it ..When I have issues or questions she solved it.. she treats everyone fair . A year ago I reserved a unit in this same location , when I showed up w my thing the white lady said it wasn’t guaranteed she gave my reservation unit away I was furious, she seems racist .. didn’t care or try to help find another locations has available unit, I have rented public storage few time in different locations none of the customer services exceeds like Jane . Good job Keep up the good work Jane ..

Had an excellent experience with Public Storage in Renton. Tracy assisted me on check in day and did an outstanding job. She clearly explained everything and gave me a tour of the place. The storage unit was clean and dry, and the entire lot felt secure. I like that you can unlock the gate through the app, very convenient not having to use a keypad. I periodically would check on my stuff after big storms and my unit was always dry and I saw no signs of rodents or pests. Very happy that I chose this location, everyone I interacted with from the start to the end was helpful, honest, and quick to get back to me.

Great Location, Excellent Customer Service, affordable rates per competition with plenty of sizes and selection to choose from, including Indoor Units. 5 Star for SAFETY and SECURITY, available staff on guard and present at All times surveying the perimeter on foot, golf carts, and numerous motion sensor cameras active 24/7. Indoor Units accommodate for DOUBLE LOCKS, while requiring code access security. Front gate code personalized with specific identity protection and security. I had personal life issues and ran late on a payment, but not to worry. Professional Staff, quality communication with simple solution options which fit the customers needs. Iv rented storage units for over 10 years and Public Storage on Valley in Renton ranks at the top for #1, along side the storage unit I rented a few years ago on a remote Island known for military. Much Respect and Appreciation!
