The Gresham Road location is clean and I especially appreciate the cost savings from the online reservations. Much more affordable than 2 other companies I checked.

Great customer service, facility was very clean and inviting

With poor placement of some plastic shelves in my storage unit, I managed to jam my door. Lisa and Randy to the rescue! Lisa scoped the situation and placed a call to Randy, who drove a good ways to help out. Using a bar and a few well placed blows through the small gap at the bottom of the door, Randy nudged the problematic shelf and freed the door. Thanks!

The team at Extra Space storage really blew me away with their service. I was dealing with a situation with a unit and they went above and beyond to walk me through the steps and help me with my needs. Lisa in particular was wonderful- she was attentive, patient and understanding. I was impressed by her commitment to my concerns and continual communication. I’ve never dealt with storage units before and didn’t understand some of the processes involved- she was a great source of insight and I am so happy with this storage company that I plan to use them in the future and recommend to my friends and family. A+ service. If you are looking to store your items at a clean facility, with excellent customer service, look no further.
