I had a great experience. The facility is very clean and nice and the store manager that was there was very helpful and nice and went out of his way to help me and answer all my questions. There was some communication breakdown up front when I first called about pricing I was unaware of being required to have renters insurance and would have liked to have known that up front. Nice building, easy access to your storage unit. Elevator accessable, equipment was available to help move my stuff from the truck to my unit. Great place!

The CSR hung up on me and when I got to the storage the gentleman at front desk came off rude at first then he got it together because I don't tolerate treating me as if I'm incompetent.
