The experience was beautiful

I went to my unit for the first time on 8/15/23 around 10:30 am. I was greeted by an employee who was having trouble with the lock. She stopped and asked if I needed help, I said yes. She helped and then said to me, "Danielle, right after?" I was surprised, because nowadays employees don’t remember their customers let alone their name. I found this to be great customer service!! I believe her name was Alexis. I do apologize if this is not correct, you know who you are and I thank you again ??

Staff are friendly and helpful, the parking is limited and gets very crowded with moving trucks and other patrons

I need3d a good storage place. It was easy peasy over the phone.

Alexa was very helpful in explaining the details of the billing process and timeline so that I could get prorated properly.
