    Very clean and well maintained facility. The property manager , Mike, was extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to assist. Mike took the time to show me where my unit was and how to use the lockers without me ever asking. Great customer experience, I will refer any of my friends and family to this location in the future. A+++

    Storing @ Palatine location. Was paying a inexpensive sum yet was faced with stiff increase after one year. The manager there, Mike, assisted me in moving to a new space @ Palatine at a lower price than previous payments. He did an excellent job & deserves five stars. 02/10/2023: Mike assisted me again in retain a lower price for my storage space. I have had several occurrences to talk to Mike and he has exceeded my expectations every time.
