    Very clean facility, inside & out. Staff keep it in very good condition & they are very helpful & courteous. If I could change anything, Cubesmart, as a company should consider waiving fees, during the Pandemic/COVID-19. Its extremely hard for an individual to keep up, after being laid off due to the current situation - having to pay additional fees, is tough, when we are trying to do the right thing & still pay rent & buy groceries, Thank you.

    Really liked this place until the spring in the door of unit broke. Last January. In August I moved my belongings to another unit on the same floor. So the door could be repaired. Since then CS has tried to get me to agree to pay a new customer fee, move in fee, raised the rent, etc. No longer as happy.
