Extra Space Storage

Every person I've dealt with at the Orange location has been professional, efficient and quick to reply to my messages. We recently hit a rough patch with our employment so at times we struggled to make ends meet. In the past I've dealt with storage companies who seemed to want to hit you with fees and an auction date much more than returning calls. Your staff truly seemed to try and give me valuable info and viable solutions to get back on track. The thought of losing items in my storage unit gives me incessant anxiety and it seems like nobody cares. You guys have helped me feel like you care and that helped me sort things out on my end. I can honestly say that I have sent in a response regarding service I have received in any type of business I have conducted maybe 2 other times............... And those other times were a response to pathetic service I received. Your staff truly deserves praise for conducting business and displaying a genuine care and concern for their customers.
