There was some spray “insulation” (it wasn’t insulation but was similar-looking) which was sprayed on the two metal beams which were at the back of my storage. This stuff CRUMBLES AND GOT ALL OVER MY STUFF. Not cool, at all. I didn’t notice until I moved out and had to pull stuff out. Otherwise I don’t have anything negative to say. Well the rent went up a dollar like every other month, after I was there for a year. Due to “cost increases”? I’m sure it was in the fine print of my contract somewhere but that sucked. The employees I interacted with were actually always pleasant and helpful. Which is hard to find in New Orleans.
