i was just surprised of an increase in rent after 6 month period. i even mentioned to the manager, is cubesmart not interested in having a long term customers? why would they increase the rent to 20$ after 6 months of use? i told him we own some properties but when a tenant is paying his dues not missing any month of payments, we usually do not increase even if they stay there for 3 years. that is an incentive for having them as our customer/ renters for all these years. the manager said, it is corporate.... but to my mind, corporate yes, but it is still managed by humans.
