    We called earlier, and Neva was very helpful. She even found better rates at our current storage facility. However, I wanted to move. When we arrived she was occupied with a disgruntled person. She managed to calmly go through the rental process and show us the unit, and we will be saving 50$ per month. And it is her birthday today. Happy birthday, Neva! Hope the rest of your day goes smoothly and you get some special Birthday time!
