Yesterday we decided to rent a storage unit at Extra Space Storage at 7835 NE 10th Avenue in north Miami, ten munutes from Miami Beach. Our experience was terrific. We met the Assistant Manager, Ramon Jabija, who was extremely helpful, accommodating and a very pleasant person. Ramon guided us through the process and completed the paperwork quuckly and efficiently and showed us where and how to access our assigned storage unit. The facility is extremely clean. The air conditioning works great and made our physical work more comfortable. The parking and loading area is under cover and saved us from the sun and extreme heat. We can access our unit from early morning until 10pm 7 days each week, unlike other storage locations nearby. In addition, the flash sale price was a good savings compared to competitors for a comparable unit. All in all, Ramon and Extra Space Storage were a great find and much appreciated.
