Easy to get access to the unit, and the facility is nice enough (the climate controlled building). Sadly there are only three carts in the whole three story building. They need several more. Maybe there were some on the second and third floors. I was the only one there when I went (no other cars parked outside). Also there’s no gate access via the app. You drive up to a keypad and punch your code in. When leaving, drive close enough to the gate and it will open — so I was told by a couple friendly guys arriving as I was leaving. I was wrestling with a keypad to exit that simply didn’t work, because the gate didn’t open when I drove right up to it. Fingers crossed it works next time. Oh well. The price is right, even if the facility needs some improvement. I’ve rented a unit from Public Storage in Flower Mound, Dallas, before and they were much better — same price — but Public Storage is too expensive here.
