    Where should I start...? My company moved to this facility after we moved out of a storage unit (with a different company) in Beverly Hills. To say the previous facility was less than optimal would be an under statement. It is the treatment I received at the previous location that truly makes me appreciate the staff at this particular Public Storage facility. From the day I met Frances she was immediately kind, helpful, and explained the do's and don'ts. I have now been at this facility for almost 3 months and during this time I have also become friendly with Erika, Dominique, and Dion. Each one of these ladies make up a sort of customer service dream team at this location. Today particularly my car battery died and Erika was kind enough to move her car next to mine and gave me a jump. I might still be waiting there if she wasn't there... Ignore my 5 stars cause I give this place 10......10 stars....

    The best storage ever. Very friendly people. the manager Francis is awsome. she helps people any way she can. Dominique is another employee that goes out of her way to make sure every one is happy with their storage experience. I would recommend this storage to all my friends and family. they go way beyond to make sure every one meets their storage needs. no headaches in this place. its certainly worth more than you pay for every month. Its also very convinient that they sell almost every material you need for your storage needs such as boxes, tapes, and locks. I have a storage here for over 2 years and i am very satisfied with their services.
