Public Storage

This place is awesome love the hrs of operation and specially the staff she was wonderful very patient very understanding very polite I've been to other places and they be giving attitude and all u can imagine so I'm very grateful with this storage location .And once again good job CARINA YOUR THE BEST (:. I had never heard about public storage before and I was in an emergency situation of needing to rent a unit. It was my first time and I was anxious, but the man named Huan or guan was there to help me get registered and give me a unit and tell me all about public storage. He was so helpful dealing with my questions and concerns and very patient. I highly recommend him for help!!! He even helped me check out and answered all the questions I had about payments in a understanding and patient way!!! I’m so thankful for my experience with him that I will definitely use public storage in the future!!!

I left a review of this public storage year ago giving it five stars, and I just want to updated that it stays five stars. The customer service here is always kind quick and extremely helpful. Today I had the pleasure of having Juan help me I am very grateful for kind empathetic understanding people.

Wow! I don't know the last time I got such attentive, friendly, personal customer service. Thank you Juan! He most certainly is an asset to customer retention.
