✅ Excellent customer service ✅ Friendly, happy, and fun staff ✅ Environment is well maintained & clean ✅ Feel safe at all times ✅ Convenient location, facility, & unit access ✅ App is a huge plus and easy to use ✅ Quick to address random issues I’m returning to this facility after ten years primarily because of the excellent experience I had previously with the manager, Edwin. I was absolutely delighted to discover he is still here! It’s lovely to meet his staff Matt and Christa who are eager to help and learn. Edwin takes every opportunity to train them in and it seems I always provide those opportunities  Because of this they always deliver exceptional customer service. I find everyone to be patient, knowledgeable, kind and professional. My needs in a unit are unique since I have struggled with claustrophobia and unit logistics so it’s truly a blessing that Edwin and his team are so patient and accommodating. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) as well as taking me on a tour of the units so I could decide on what layout was best for me. Edwin helped me download the app and showed me how to use it step by step! After a couple of months Edwin even updated me of a new unit that was a better fit for my needs and this unit transfer was so quick and easy it literally felt magical. It may sound silly or weird but it feels like a family because of how much Edwin cares about all of his tenants. I really love renting here!
