    I'm currently moving to California ... Needed to find a place for my things since I won't have room in my new place .. What a bummer ! But I called public storage I spoke with a young lady dion I believe was her name omg ! She cured me of a headache. SHe was very informative answered all my questions even asked when I'd be coming in what size unit I needed and all ... Now I'm at ease and will soon be making my big move to California knowing I'll have a storage that's close by and with the great service that was provided over the phone I'm sure I've made the rt decision to go with public storage !!!

    My dad rents property with you guys. He is elderly so I am doing this review on his behalf. I came in today with my dad because we had questions about his unit. Dion was my representative and She was very nice and helpful. We were able to handle the situation with no problem. She was very helpful and full of energy. She would not give out any information without verifying who my dad was. She was very accretive and firm but pleasant. She is the prime example of a good customer service representative. I was very pleased with you guys service. Good job
