Great new location staff is very friendly had great help from Wayneca and Jesse. The hours are short compared to other facilities but it’s a new clean building.

The location, prices + size options are decent but their hours are not ideal. And also the lack of parking is a big issue. The entrance is right on northern Blvd so you can't exactly park on the bicycle lanes or double or even illegally park. The unloading zone faces 2 big roll gates and you can't park cars behind other vehicles unloading because you'll be blocking the exit. Most patrons dropping off will need time to unload and bring it into their unit. All in all logistically it's not the most ideal. Check in and storage access is pretty straight forward. If you live in Manhattan this is a great spot. If you don't mind driving more into queens, there are certainly less expensive places with better hours and more convenient parking. Update Jan 03: The manager or someone in charge reached out and informed me that there's a bigger unloading bay/entrance in the back of the building. Still, while it should be better explained, the hours can still be better. I will bump this up from a *** to a **** because it is still a great location and the check-in/signup was seamless and the customer relations did reach out numerous times to see if there was anything I needed.
