Shannon was GREAT at, well, everything. Showing us different units, and working with her IT dept when one disappeared. That wasn't ESS’s or Shannon's fault...I mis-clicked. We compared with a competitor, and this location is super-clean and very secure!

If you like a great storage facility with high security this is it. Plenty of acess, carts, and air conditioning too. Thanks to all the staff for the good experience!

My cousin rented from Shannon and she is awesome, so I want to rent at this location too. I called yesterday and spoke with a manager named Don. I am sold. He was so pleasant and I really like the security features. I have been in customer service forever so when a team stands out I have to say something. I am moving out of Storquest in two weeks and I know exactly where I am going. The first month deal is really great too. Definitely helps when you are moving and have to pay for two units for a month.
