A fairly new facility so, it's clean and appears to be working without any issues. My unit door is functioning just fine. The pricing is okay. I saw there was a sign in the front office saying 1st month free, but the rep I spoke from the Athens location never mentioned this. The rep was a little short with me, maybe he had a bad week - I called on a Saturday. There is a lot of availability but only had two push carts and one of the days I was there, another client was using both. My suggestion is to have 4 total, 2 on each entrance. I gave 4 stars because the tops of the unit are just metal wiring and does not inspire confidence in the security and protection of my belongings - anyone could climb up there, cut the wiring, and jump into another unit.

All around GREAT experience! Ms. Michelle is absolutely amazing and helpful. This it’s the best experience I’ve ever had with storage! I definitely recommend this location to all that will be in the area. ??????????
