I walked into Extra Storage the young lady behind the desk introduce herself as Special. What a beautiful name. Her smile and personality was outstanding. Special explained everything in detail also listening to my concerns. Special was very professional and knowledgeable. Her customer service was outstanding. The storage is one of the cleanest and best. If you looking for storage this is the one . If you want the best in customer service Special is the one. Thanks special for making me feel special. Five stars. I Just had left another storage place disappointed and upset. However, I left Exta Storage with a smile. Again, Thank you Special!

It has always been a pleasure to rent from Extra Storage. The staff has been professional.

I’ve had a storage unit for a year now. The prices are steep, but I have no choice but to pay it. I’m leaving a review now because I appreciate the fact that Special took the time to see if she could find a cheaper rate for me. I’m going through a rough time right now and I was late on a payment, which caused a late fee. She was nice enough to waive the fee for me and I am more than grateful for that! Thank you again Special for looking out for me in a time of need.
