    I completed a move from FL and Patti worked with me to ensure a successful transfer. Everytime I called the office with a question/ concern she had always picked up and offered quick guidance. Just a head up they aren't huge fans of big moving trailers like the Upack (relocubes are more acceptable) but luckily they worked with me as I was able to get a same day pick up. The lock is included and they have equipment for sale if you come lacking (like I did).
