This rental process is what we should all receive when spending your money for a service. Stress free and complete. The desk representative was polite and made sure I understood the contract and what I would receive and also what was my responsibility. The place was super clean and I was given a "walk through" as to the entrance, parking (inside for "loading and unloading") using the provided carts, elevators and exiting markers.You do not have to get out of your car to enter a code. Nice! Check it out. I give it a solid 10.

Storage unit was very nice neat and clean the woman at the desk was very helpful and friendly and even though my unit was on the 3rd floor they had carts that were very helpful with getting the stuff up the elevator to my unit would most definitely recommend to others.

It says free month but after the fees, and lock which you must buy, even though I have one, etc....etc... you're down over$50.... and that is with the free month!! The only other issue is with the times. The place locks up at 10pm. Me and my wife have always worked 3rd shift. That's the time we get stuff done. The tone they are closed I'd very inconvenient. If they at least did bar hours that would help tremendously. Place is very clean, love the drive in bay to unload/ load. People have been nice. Just wish open later.

At the at the beginning I was a little bit hesitant to run from here because miscommunication between management and customer but after talking to her she was reaching it was reasoning and apologize and got the issue resolved so I would recommend this place to anyone. And the prices are great but the third floor think it is a little bit of trouble this is my personal opinion my friend runs a unit here
