I have been renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage for a few years and it's always been a very pleasant experience anytime I need to transfer to another unit. Rachel was extremely helpful with transfering me into another larger unit.

Excellent service, very kind

An excellence place to store your belongings. Was in between places to live and needed a place to store everything in the interim. Was able to move in quickly, receive a promotion, and then move out with little to no stress! Design-wise, hallways are relatively large (think hospital hallways), with large entry/exit doors. NOTE: the limiting factor is going to be the entrance to your storage unit, which is considerably lower, but once you enter the unit the height returns to normal. There are inside and outside possibilities for storage. Couple things to note here: - If you want to access your stuff doing "late night hours" (believe it was 11PM-6AM) you will need to pay extra. - You will likely want/need some kind of insurance on the unit, so make sure to figure that into the price - There are TWO ways to handle the promotional elements. Either you take an overall lower rate as listed on the web, or you get one month completely free (with a small admin fee paid up front to open the account) and then pay the regular rate after that. For me, the latter ended up making more sense due to the short term nature of my requirements.
