    So basically I'm leaving this review not to review public storage itself but to review the staff member or property manager that I dealt with her name is Angela at the Ronkonkoma portion road facility she was super helpful and very sweet and very patient dealing with me because I can be a scatterbrain and need things broken down and explained to me and she did that and helped me through the process of transferring a unit and broke down each and every step and what would be best for me..so thank you Angela !!
