I received help from Tris to resolve my multiple storage dilemmas (Jan. 20th). She went above and beyond. Tris is the reason I'm staying with Public Storage after decades of renting multiple units for personal and business reasons. In all those years, other than Tina, no one else has been as professional or been such a pleasure to do business with. I applaud her and hope she gets the recognition she deserves from Public Storage.

Rented a storage unit today and at Public Storage in Laguna Woods. Extremely good customer service, very clean facility. Guy was friendly, very through, and helpful. Great experience!
