Just moved nearby, signed up online. However when I arrived to check in and open my unit....I was greeted by Mike, let me tell you his customer service skills and friendliness are beyond reproach. He was extremely accomodating and helpful. Great initial experience. Next day, had an issue with my unit lock. He spent close to an hour working on it, slightly injured himself in the process. And did it all gracefully and never lost his cool despite the lock giving him a hard time. THIS is the level of customer service and support that EVERY business should strive for. Mike is 110% a class act, I can't sing his praises enough. If you need a storage unit. Look no further, AMAZING customer service, clean and very very secure facilities. All heroes don't wear capes, but there's one ready to assist with all your storage needs right here at this La Mirada location and his name is Mike!!
