Great customer service. I had to leave my unit unexpectedly late at night and I didn’t even have to call to cancel. They saw my unit didn’t have a lock on it and called to confirm I no longer needed the unit and gave me a refund for the time I didn’t use! Just wow! Now THAT is world class service! Only con is the hallways getting into the a/c controlled units is really tight. Other than that everything was great!

I visited facility today looking for a storage facility while my new house is being built. I liked the location, physical security and the young lady who assisted me today. She was very knowledgeable and customer focused despite me not being ready to sign a contract for another month. I’m definitely coming back here to get a storage unit soon!

So far, renting with Extra Space has been an easy process. I did everything online and it was a breeze. Kind of picky and the unit was not what I needed. Desiree at the Irving location helped me get a full refund and recommended units throughout the Metroplex with the size unit I needed.
