Shirley was awesome and patient at first. Then she insisted I write a 5-star review here, for a different location. Actually, she dictated it to me. Once that was done, she started asking me about buying her lunch. Things became progressively more unpleasant. I was having trouble deciding on a size, and so picked one and it had a mouse running around. I asked for a different unit and it ended up being too big, so I asked to downsize. She got progressively less helpful and I finally gave up. There are some nice things about their units but they really jack up the prices once you've been there a while and their late fees are insane. $85 administration fee? Another hidden charge.
