Public Storage

I have been a customer of this location of Public Storage for nearly ten years now and have multiple units. While I typically would not be excited enough about a mini storage to write a review, I have to make an exception for this facility and in particular Mahesh, the Property Manager. The facility is always very clean and well maintained. I feel that security has always been adequate and I have never been fearful of going there, even in later hours. While I am sure that the rates are a bit higher for a climate controlled facility, I can say that the air conditioning and heating systems always work as expected. In general, the facility serves its purpose exactly as it should by keeping my property in a safe, clean environment. However, the thing that sets this place apart from its peers is Mahesh and his office staff. Mahesh always makes a point of greeting me with a smile or friendly comment and seems genuinely pleased that I am there. This has never been my experience at any other storage facility. I feel as if Mahesh is a friend who is always eager to please. He has been at this facility for a long time and knows the property well. In summary, he makes the mundane task of going to the mini-storage much more pleasant than it would otherwise be. Thanks, Mahesh and staff!
