This will be my second time using extra space storage because I was so impressed with their customer service and convenient access the first time. My first time renting storage with them, I didn’t feel pressured in any way and the staff member let me know how to utilize their specials in a way that worked best for me. My second time renting (now) the staff member Mary was exceptionally helpful and delightful. She gave me tips on access points and using the outside kiosk. Their mobile app is incredibly helpful and lets me access all the doors/gates easily without having to memorize my code. Couldn’t be happier with a storage unit company, especially with how affordable it is. Quality customer service!!
