Moved in to a space this weekend. Upon arrival, quickly realized the space reserved would not accommodate what needed to be stored. I went in to the office and spoke with Whitney. She was kind and had such a great personality. She was able to help me transfer my reservation to a space the next size up seamlessly and quickly. We were able to continue unloading our storage without a hiccup. I appreciate the ease of this transaction and the efficiency and kindness of Whitney.

Sonja, the manager at the location on John Hawkins in Hoover, AL (#29159), is very courteous and made sure rental was a breeze. The facility is clean and secure. Update: rental prices have gone up over 30% on us so that annoying.
