Nice facility. Been there 5 years no problems. But they have priced themselves out of my business. Not paying $75.00 a month for a 5 x 5 when down the road is $45.00 for a 5 x 10 Notice alot of the unit's are empty. And their were 2 others moving out when I was too.

The online process made it super easy to reserve and rent a space. Actual images of items and furniture in the space make it easy to choose the appropriate size for your needs. Very clean and easy access. Security gates and access codes made me feel less apprehensive about storing my personal items. The office employees were very helpful and always friendly. This was my first time needing a storage unit, so I had no idea how it worked. I gave it 4 stars because after about 2 months, I received a postcard stating my rental fees were increasing by over $40!! That’s not including the renters insurance. So I went from $130 to $173 + $11 for insurance. That is unacceptable to me. I was not told my original fees were some kind of introductory special, so obviously I was not expecting an increase of that magnitude. I was looking to purchase a new house and needed temporary storage. Needless to say I quickly removed my items and canceled my contract before the rate increase went into affect. Also just an FYI for rental newbies—I was under the impression my fees were to be prorated if I moved out early. This is only if I had notified them BEFORE the next months fees are paid, or in my case auto debited from my account. And yes, I received the rate increase postcard after my monthly fee was paid. So no “refund”. Perhaps it was my misunderstanding, or it was just not explained clearly enough. Either way, buyer beware. I had no issues with the storage unit, just wasn’t happy with how the company handled the financial part.
