Public Storage

today was my last day to vacate my storage unit, when i got there i realized i lost my key to open my lock. Terrance not sure if i spelled his name right but man super huge help Today!! told him i lost my key and terrance helped me fill out the proper paper work to get their guy out there to open up my unit, took maybe 2-3hrs for their guy to do that BUT terrance called me back, let me know their guy got it open in a timely manner. Thank y’all at public storage for going above and beyond for an easy vacate. Unfortunately, i no longer needed the storage but when i do again, will gladly use y’all again for helping me today.
