Made an appointment to rent and move things into a locker, and the staff were very friendly and made the process smooth and easy. A few months later I came back to get something out of the locker but had forgotten the code for the gate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, resolving the problem quickly. The office/desk area was also very nicely decorated and smelled nice! The cleanliness of the storage unit wasn't flawless, but it wasn't unreasonably bad. That's the only issue I had with anything.
