Extra Space Storage

Had a great experience getting some last minute storage after a move. Olga went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Facility was clean and functional. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Extra Space Storage was excellent for the first four months- very convenient and close by to my house. Their employees- John and Yanice- were very helpful and knowledgeable about the storage process, and the facilities are always clean and well-kept. The prices were good- for the first four months. Then out of nowhere, my monthly rate almost doubled. The company sent a postcard and an email about the rate increase. There had been no warning that this would happen when I first joined 4 months ago. I could not afford to pay for a 6 or 12 month contract back then, just as I cannot afford to pay over $200 a month now. Luckily, John in the office suggested a solution to my problem.
