I had a rough day prior to entering the doors at Fort Worth Bargain Storage. But the Superbowl Smile that greeted me when I entered the doors made me forget that I was about to pay on bill with money I truly need for myself! And as if that wasn't enough. The excellent customer service but icing on the cake. At the end of it all it was ok for me to release that that I wanted to keep, and released it with gladness! That was some old fashioned customer service that you truly don't see anymore, because people are so angry and hateful! Because of Michelle I'm very happy to be doing business with Fort Worth Bargain Storage........

I have been a customer at this storage facility for six years, and throughout this time, I have had nothing but great service and conversations with the staff. The place is well maintained and very secure, and the rates are very reasonable, which is a godsend for someone on a tight budget. Public Storage Creek Run is truly awesome, and if I ever need a place to store items again, this will be the place.
