Went to public storage on Illinois rd to sove a rate problem. I talked to a very pleasant lori. She knew exactly what the problem was. Made the change on the computer while i was there. She also removed the late fee. Everything is fixed. It is not often, today, that you find somebody that actually knows their way around a company computer system, and can fix problms on the spot. A very valuable employee, indeed. Thanks lori!
