Simple situation: twin brother unexpectedly died. Sole survivor with all, ALL, paperwork supplied and were told access to retrieve decedents possessions would be given the next day. After two - (hour & 1/2) trips, we arrive. The office is open but unmanned. After an hour wait with no one showing we begin trying to make phone calls. That leads to recordings no actual help. When a manager shows up they say they didn’t receive one document that actually had been provided to them. We had the hard copy with us. Then they said the district manager had to approve. Although we had been told we were approved with all the documentation previously submitted by us. The manager had spent the previous day with the district manager so they had the time and opportunity for the district manager to do her job. Looking at a second trip from Michigan to Ft Myers for a 3rd attempt. Costs are exorbitant by the time & travel expenses add up, and loss of income. Rest in peace Wayne, your twin is trying. 
