He always addresses your needs, has excellent follow up skills and ensures that as a client he is providing exceptional customer service.

Arthur was an extremely helpful and personable resource for me moving out of my unit, and then scheduling a new unit. He was extremely patient and helpful in walking me through the leasing process, and accommodating to all of my questions asked. This definitely made my experience pleasant for me.

We had such a great experience today working with Gregory that I had to leave a review. My business partner and I were clearing out our storage space and we’re struggling with trying to figure out how to love some awkward pieces. He was extremely helpful and demonstrated the best way to organize the items and transport them out of the facility. He took it a step further and put on work gloves and came to our aid. This is not often the case at storage facilities where you are left on your own to move your items. George’s warm demeanor and willingness to help made our customer experience at this Extra Space Storage far superior to any other!
