    Security is sufficient: gated access, security cameras & staff in office at hours posted. I had many questions ranging from after-hour access, contractual issues, and expected pricing changes that were all answered. The grounds are surprisingly clean (especially given that most people are likely storing all sorts of stuff that might not always be so clean). The storage units are easily accessible near the intersection of I595 and SR441.

    Well, in July of this year I had bought a home and needed a storage unit temporarily.I was moving from Fort Lauderdale to Deerfield Beach so I started looking at possible facilities in that area.My son and I went from company to company and even he said how unprofessional the attendants were.We started in Deerfield Beach where I just bought a home,and ironically ended up right back in Fort Lauderdale at the CubeSmart on Riverland road.After spending all of Saturday going from storage company to storage company,we opened the door to CubeSmart on Riverland road and was immediately greated by Angela....The facility was spotless,price was reasonable,and I was sold from the attention to detail and personality of Angela....Through the six months of being there,Ann,Stanley,and especially Angela showed complete competantcy and professionalism....It was a long day of shopping from place to place,but the storage gods were shining on me that day ending up at CubeSmart on Riverland road....Thank you....Angela....Stanley....and CubeSmart....Richard Place
