    APPARENTLY, the first story storage units on the far side of the building, INSIDE the building, experiences flooding. Luckily, my storage unit was not on that side or the first floor. The workers are VERY helpful and have no problem showing you where your unit is if you need help! Dolly’s are available if you need them as well. When I first got a storage unit it was at the one on international blvd in oakland, my advice: DONT GO THERE. Go to this one. It was a nightmare at the international blvd one, although the location in Emeryville restored my faith in the company! 20/10

    I came in today to see about my rent going up and why and that I can’t afford it . The worker Maria was so nice and respectful and she handled my situation with a email to corporate and they waved my rent from goin up I appreciate her because I been a long time customer
