Extra Space Storage

Fantastic experience here and they treat military members who are deploying very well. Briana took great care of me and I look forward to recommending my fellow soldiers to utilize this storage location.

I just moved out of a unit at the Woodrow Bean Transmountain Extra Space location after using it for 7 years. I only moved out because my wife and I decided we had to get rid of most of the stuff we had in storage. The unit was a non-climate controlled 10’ x 10’. We had great and courteous service from the on-site staff during office hours and also had no real complaints about the unit either. It must be noted that the units are not air-tight, so in El Paso’s environment, dust does get in. If you are not getting a climate-controlled unit this is to be expected and you must plan accordingly. Also recommend getting bricks, pavers or two layers of tiles to keep any wood or cardboard boxes off the floor as during the occasional extremely heavy rain storms some water did get under the door. I will certainly consider Extra Space in the future.
