I was helped by Lila and had an excellent experience...I wanted to downgrade the size of my unit as I couldn't afford the larger one anymore and she was not only wonderful in helping me out and even making sure I had a unit close to my old one so that I didn't have to move far, but her positivity and sense of humor made what was part of a highly-stressful situation bearable and comfortable. Thank you so much, Lila...you helped me more than you may realize. :)
