They are very nice and somewhat inexpensive. But the only thing is they don't allow dogs on the property. Which sometimes I have to bring mine with me. If I had known that they don't allow pets I would have never rented from them. And I'm not leaving my dog out in the heat when I go to my storage. If I have to bring my little Chihuahua I will bring her and hold her and get what I need from my storage and leave. Should change policy and let people know from the beginning that they are not per friendly.

I have rented from Extra Space Storage on Frame St in Denton TX for my 2 nieces in College. We leave their belongings in storage for the summer and it’s an easy move-in for the next school year. It is very close to TWU. The property is very clean and it’s easy to access the gate. We have not experienced any issues in 2 years. We look forward to using Extra Space next semester.

Went in there and got my lease and storage set up in under 10 minutes and the space is hugeeee. Very nice and polite service. Will definitely be renting here again. I was also lucky to get my first months lease free so I’m very glad. 10/10 experience

For the most part, it was a positive experience. Utilize the service for over four years and had no serious issue. I do believe there is a little on the higher end the annual raise In rent is higher than the cost of living index. Worst of all it was it was rate pooh all over the inside of the unit when I moved out.
