5-star rating is for an employee there named Jericca. She was kind, helpful, and patient. I greatly appreciated that. Another employee, named Amber, seemed annoyed, condescending, and dismissive. I did not appreciate that, so I’d give a 3/5. That being said, it was a hot day, so I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she just wasn’t feeling good. We’ve all had tough days, so I get it. Hopefully she feels better next time. The facility is great with big driveways. Everything was clean and secure. All things considered: 4/5 stars.

OMG! The manager at this place is the DEFINITION of “customer service”!!! Ms. Mary has been a sweetheart and a lifesaver for me personally. She’s always been warm, friendly, knowledgeable, insightful; and she doesn’t make me feel like she’s just there to collect my money; ya know? She really cares about the needs of the individuals she serves! When I was in between jobs for a few weeks, she helped me to keep my storage by being understanding and working with me, and even when I was panicking and unsure of what was going to happen, she was very calming and reassuring! She doesn’t mind jumping up and pausing what she’s doing to go out and physically put eyes on your concern and she moves with urgency, without making you feel like you’re inconveniencing her, unlike so many customer service reps these days…I’m telling you I absolutely adore her! She is a GEM to this company! I don’t remember who I worked with when I first got my storage unit over a yr ago, but it wasn’t her! Not that they did anything wrong or incorrect; it’s just Ms Mary really cares about getting her customers’ needs met, and her passion to do so is blatantly apparent. N I’m here for it! Because of her I’ll be using this property for all my storage needs and I HIGHLY recommend the same to anyone in the Conroe area in need of storage!

Stopped at Public Storage Conroe, Mrs Mary has to be the sweetest woman on the planet. Helped me move my 3,000$ worth of paintings into storage, and though her puny little arms could bearly wrap around my masterpieces, she did so with no questions asked. Definitely deserves a raise ❤️ love you Ms Mary
