Luz and Maria have been very helpful and detailed with questions asked, friendly and easy to talk with. Facility is easy to get to, clean, they have flat beds and dollies to borrow, elevator convenience. Discounts available at times. Must look into for your needs.

Fast service along with great security facility I appreciate Mariaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s help in making sure I got my unit even though she was ten minutes from closing the office. Priority to customer service is most important to Maria I appreciate this as a customer itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rare to find these days. Thank you Maria

I like the price and the cleanliness of the place and placements of the entrance. I was supposed to receive a call though letting me know what fees there would be so that was a surprise but reasonable. I also didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know that I needed to bring my renters insurance policy in or buy their insurance that only covers $2000Still not a problem because I could pull it up on my phone but it would have been nice to know. Also, their units only take a round lock which you have to buy from them for $15.99. So, no bringing your own lock unless you already have a round one. I understand and appreciate that these locks are more secure but, it would have been nice to know.

I reserved a unit online, they called right away to schedule me coming in to get the unit. Very friendly i would definitely recommend.
