CubeSmart location on S. High St. location is very secure staff is very friendly and the storage space is clean and free of vermin vermin the cost of storage for this location and size of storage compartment is fair and of course there is the ease of paying online. I also enjoy the generous hours that location is open that I may visit my storage compartment before work after work and and on the weekends

Since the moment I searched for a storage location and stumbled upon cubesmart page, I've been impressed. I spoke with staff members via phone initially. Instead of being impolite and pushy, urging me to come in and sign a contract immediately, (which I was already very interested and committed to doing somewhere that day due to my current situational needs), they spoke with such professionalism and made me feel at ease in an already hectic situation. I came into the office, was made comfortable and informed of everything I needed to know and all the special details that made me confident I had made the right decision when choosing a storage facility. The process was quick easy and within 15 minutes I was signed discounted paid and on my way to my unit where I began to unload. Ever since my first visit I have had not a single issue or problem!! The facility has been well-maintained, staff polite and helpful, and payments made with ease, taking advantage of the online tools provided to me. It's been an All smiles experience every time I visit my unit, and I don't see anything changing anytime soon! Thanks again!! -Satisfied customer for years to come!!

Wish there was a separate in and out gate. Makes it hard for someone to go in and out at the same time. One car has to back up to let the other in.

I am not sure what you want . The storage unit is fine and I am just trying to set up an account so I can pay on line and I seem to have to write a review before I can get to the part where I can pay a bill
