    However the facility it self gets 1 star. The lack of personal at the facility was, time consuming and a very inconvenient! Poor Hillary kept having to put me in a new unit to try to find the appropriate size unit I needed, it took us an hour and a half to go through the different size units. If someone had been at the facility they could have opened a few doors and it would have been done in about 15 minutes! This shows me your company doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care about your consumers but more about the money! There was no on site customer service! And that screen people are not helpful. How can they help? they could and probably are not even in my state, let alone in the facility were they can help and have onsite actual knowledge. 0 stars!

    I got an email with my lock code and storage unit number. There was no gate code in any of the confirmation emails I got. When I arrived at the facility the sign said open but the door was locked. Followed the instructions and called the number it said. There was no answer. After waiting, I talked to someone at a call center who made me give them everything I had already given and had to repeat several times because they didn't understand me. I finally got the gate code but they neglected to tell me you had to enter some other digits besides the number so I had to call back. All this is happening when I'm paying 2 people by the hour to wait. Also, I received an email on my confirmed move-in date that I was being charged for removing the lock and putting on another one since I left the unit unsecured and my 48 hour deadline had passed. It turns out they made a mistake by going by the date I signed my lease and paid online. It was very clean but I deducted because the restrooms were locked and the water fountains didn't work. All in all, comparing it to the storage facility I moved from, I'm disappointed so far.
