No resources to put in a new light bulb. So my movers had to move all my stuff in the dark, using their phones for light. And then two days later I had to do the same thing. That was after notifying the fact that there was no light in the storage unit... very disappointed. Resolved  Thank you for taking the time to call. It was a very professional response and knowing you care for your employees with managerial help & us as the customers!
