Extra Space Storage

Hi there!, having Extra Space storage in my new neighborhood was a great coincidence. I was there to get a unit almost at 6:00 PM on the clock because I work till 5:30 PM and I needed every minute that I could get from work. I was willing to accept a long face from the person in the office. However Renee had the patient to explain me everything I wanted to know, showed me the size of the unit that I was looking for and get the paperwork done after her regular work time. I’m not encouraging anybody to show up there at 6 PM, just telling my story. Thank you guys!

Renee was amazing! We arrived from Tampa on a Sunday evening, and by Monday morning she was able to accommodate us timely. Her customer service was top notch and she was very helpful and calming. The space is great with climate control and centrally located. Sign up and closing out unit was super easy as well.
